Bond Academy’s Year Concert was held on Thursday, June 11, 2015. The concert was titled “A Celebration of Summer and Fun” and was divided into two shows – the first featured students in Montessori/Kindergarten to grade three, and the second featured students in grades four to eight. In both shows, students sang and played songs about activities and topics associated with summer and/or fun. Bond’s Cheer Team, Junior Choir, Junior/Senior Zumba, Show Choir and Band also performed. In between the two concerts, student buskers sang and played songs for audience members around the school with any donations going towards to The Breakfast Club of Canada. Parents were also encouraged to observe the lovely summer artwork that students in Montessori/Kindergarten to grade four created and displayed on the gym walls. All students looked wonderful in their costumes and performed with strong voices and dance movements. It was a wonderful end to the year.
