On Tuesday, April 18th, Bond Academy’s Senior Choir had the amazing opportunity of singing the American and Canadian national anthems for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team.
Bond’s Senior Choir sang on the field of the Rogers Centre in front of a stadium that holds over 50,000 people.
The choir sang with poise and pride and walked on and off the field with confidence. The looked and sounded wonderful.
Many of Bond’s family, friends and staff members were in the audience to see the Senior Choir. It was incredible to see the pride of their faces as they watched the choir sing.
After the anthems, the choir joined their families in the stands to watch the Blue Jays compete against the Boston Red Socks and had fun holding posters that cheered on the Jays. Everyone smiled as the Jumbotron captured their excitement.
Thank you to everyone who supported the Senior Choir with ticket sales. It was truly an experience to remember!
