“In the French and English classes, as a part of the oral presentation activity, every student presented his/her costume: describing what he/she is wearing and why he/she chose this outfit”, Reports Sr Nisrine.
“Halloween at the Academy is not just a mere event of wearing costumes, it is a time of sharing and taking care of others. When the KG1(MS) and KG2 (GS) started their parade in the classrooms, all older students offered and shared with the little ones some of their candies that the parents’ committee offered to all the kids. What a joy to see our older ones choosing from their goody bags what the little kids like the most, just to make them happy! “There is a greater blessing in giving than in getting” (Act. 20, 35)
A big “Thank you” goes to our parent’s committee who offered pizza lunch and goody bags for all the students. We are always thankful for the hard work and dedication of all members of the committee to the school, staff and beautiful children.”
