The Abelard School is remarkably proud of graduating student Rathesh Balendran, who is one of only 50 students from a pool of 1,500 nominees nationwide to win a 2016 Schulich Leader award, the largest Canadian scholarship given to students entering a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) programme in university. Rathesh was granted the award in recognition of his extraordinary community service.
